After having an amazing tweaking session with ljmckay (who, btw, is the most awesome and giving person on the planet), I am doing one final pass of "Quest" before I send it out for Round Two of Beta Readers!! *bites nails*

What do you think is the best way to signify when characters are speaking in a different language (that I am writing in English for the sake of the reader)?

I'd rather not say "There's the puppy," Maddie said in Galen. every single time.

Just got my story file back from my first reader! She's my IRL bestie and I'm going to Skype with her later tonight to find out what she thought. She pointed out all the omitted words and mistakes that she found.
